When I was a little kid I always wanted to have a puppy. I couldn't have one because my mother was allergic. So I dreamt that I had a puppy and I took him to best places and playgrounds I knew and we had absolutely best time ever. Even in my dreams I knew I couldn´t keep him. So I also dreamt how I have to give him away. It felt crushingly bad though I gave him to a nice family with a big yard, where I knew he would love to play. It's always hard to give something important away and it doesn´t mater if you never had it in real world.
